A.C.S. provide expert witness testimony on all aspects of Arboriculture. Our Principal Consultant, Ian Murat, is a Law Society 'Checked' expert witness, Registered Consultant of the Arboricultural Association and a Registered Expert Witness.

He is involved all aspects of Arboricultural Consulting including written and oral evidence for DETR planning inquiries, civil and criminal actions, development appraisals, hazard evaluations and the like.
His expert fields are all aspects of planning (Applications, Appeals, TPO, Conservation Areas), subsidence (Particularly defendant but will also undertake plaintiff), tree failure (Particularly serious personal injury and fatal accidents resulting from tree failure for both plaintiff and defendant), work standards (Plaintiff/defendant), planting scheme failures (Plaintiff/defendant), boundary dispute (Plaintiff/defendant) and personal accident caused by trees i.e. Tripping (Plaintiff/defendant).
Ian will accept work from all areas of the UK, Europe and the Middle East having had significant experience in this region.
